18x30 Combination Grill and Smoker
Combination smoker/charcoal grill. Barrel is 18" in
diameter by 30" in length. Built in dual baffle plate
system and water pan help maintain a more even
temperature within the pit. The first thing you notice
about this model smoker is that the firebox is
mounted underneath the pit. The main purpose for
this design is to eliminate hot spots within the grill;
unlike our "U" model smokers this model uses a dual
baffle plate system which distributes the smoke and
flame more evenly throughout the smoker. Great for
beginners and grillers with limited space.
