INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 TABLESPOONS RED WINE VINEGAR
  • 1 LEMON
  • 4 TABLESPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • 3 CLOVES FRESH GARLIC5 CHIVES
  • 2 TABLESPOONS GRAINY MUSTARD
  • PITTS AND SPITTS ALL PURPOSE SPICE
  • SALT AND PEPPER

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

Put all of the ingredients into a blender or shaker, shake or blend 3 to 4 minutes. Baste the salmon with the marinade at least 10 minutes before you are ready to grill. Can be grilled in a 425 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes, really great on a pit. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
