INGREDIENTS:
- 3 15 OZ CANS OF WHOLE KERNEL CORN
- 1 STICK CREAM CHEESE(LOW FAT)
- 1 RED PEPPER, CHOPPED
- 1 SMALL CAN OF DICED GREEN CHILIES
- L HEAPING TEASPOON OF PITTS AND SPITT’S HOT AND SPICY SEASONING
- 3 TABLESPOONS OF FETA CHEESE CRUMBS
- CHOPPED CILANTRO
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:
In a small sauce pan, cream the cheese until melted. Add the chopped red pepper, chilies and the Hot and Spicy, cook about 2 minutes, drain and stir in the corn. Cook until corn is thoroughly warmed. Pour into a serving dish, sprinkle with Feta, cilantro and a little Hot and Spicy. Serve warm. Wonderful with BBQ or fried chicken.
