Spicy Corn for a Crowd

  • 3 15 OZ CANS OF WHOLE KERNEL CORN
  • 1 STICK CREAM CHEESE (LOW FAT)
  • 1 RED PEPPER, CHOPPED
  • 1 SMALL CAN OF DICED GREEN CHILIES
  • 1 HEAPING TEASPOON OF PITTS AND SPITTS’ HOT AND SPICY SEASONING
  • 3 TABLESPOONS OF FETA CHEESE CRUMBS
  • CHOPPED CILANTRO

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

In a small sauce pan, heat the cream cheese until melted. Add the chopped red pepper, chilies and the Hot and Spicy, cook about 2 minutes, drain and stir in the corn. Cook until corn is thoroughly warmed. Pour into a serving dish, sprinkle with Feta, cilantro and a little Hot and Spicy. Serve warm. Wonderful with BBQ or fried chicken.
